ELP 55 has 2.5 miles of frontage along Interstate 55. The site is served by a full, four-way interchange at Lorenzo Road and I-55. I-55 is the main north-south artery that serves the central United States. I-55 begins in downtown Chicago, stretches through St. Louis, Missouri, Memphis, Tennessee & Jackson, Mississippi and ends just west of New Orleans.
ELP 55, located on I-55, gives users a huge advantage over neighboring rail served facilities. A truck leaving ELP 55 can access I-55 in a matter of seconds. The BNSF and UP served parks to the northeast are 6 miles and 9 miles respectively from I-55. When users/operators have tens of thousands of trucks in and out of their buildings annually the cost savings at ELP 55 is immense.

ELP 55 has approximately 2 miles of frontage on the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Mainline that runs from the Port of Long Beach and Los Angeles to Chicago. ELP 55 and the BNSF executed a Memorandum of Understanding to facilitate the BNSF’s intention and ELP 55’s intention to jointly develop, market and lease the Park. ELP 55 will provide an extremely efficient, full-service international container operation for the BNSF’s customers.
